The apartment is very spacious, bathrooms were comfortable, kitchen was well equiped with the basics, the beds were comfy, towels and bedding were clean, and cleaning staff was really nice. Some cleaning supplies were provided. There also is a rack to hang stuff to dry. Checking in was fairly easy and we had lots of keys so splitting the group when outside was no problem. Photos make the apartment look a bit smaller but are very real! There are buses close and underground stations at a 10 minutes max walk. It is located in zone 1 so very convenient for travelling to the main attractions.

The lift was broken, we had to carry big suitcases up to the seventh floor, and down when we left, also going up and down everyday was exhausting. Found out the last day that we could have requested to get changed to a lower floor if that is useful for anyone. We also messaged the owner to get things to clean and they did not respond. The washing machine was beeping the whole time when we tried to do a load of laundry, also came out dripping wet. The smoke detector was also beeping the whole stay very loudly.

Location is good. It has a washing machine and dishwasher. For London it’s a reasonable price. The cleaners came weekly and changed sheets and towels and did a good job of cleaning the apartment. It had a bath. When we did query things the managers did respond.

Very noisy on the 2nd floor from outside. No aircon and as it was summer opening the windows let noise in. Very lumpy mattresses. Poor quality furniture and not much in the way of cutlery/crockery. Doors of some cupboards and shelves of fridge missing. Overall an impression of needing a bit of maintenance Lift out of order the entire time we were there ( 6 weeks)
