The location was fantastic. After a long day of traveling it was so fantastic to exit the train station and see the hotel! The English speaking staff were very helpful and I was grateful for them.

Just across from the train station, it was so easy to locate. Lots of restaurants near by. Large clean room and despite overlooking the bus plaza it was surprisingly quiet. Lots of variety at breakfast and they had the neatest robot that took dirty dishes back to the kitchen!

Everything was fine

Location, right across from train station. Easy walk to everything.

No a/c, if the weather is warm it isn’t comfortable even with fans. If you prefer not to smell smoke in your room it’s hard to use a fan and windows open.

We don't like the surprise that we have to pay extra money for free city bus, which should be disclosed when booking, not at the time of check out. The food was much less value than we expected.
