We were pleasantly surprised at such a nice and unique airport hotel. Great location and walking to the airport for an early morning flight back to the states was wonderful!

Using airport cart, was able to transport heavy ski bag, carry-on suitcase & personal shopping bag from SZG bus stop to AirportHotel & back to SZG for early morning flight to FRA - CLT-SAN!
Front door of hotel left open at 4 am so could drag ski bag out of lobby & onto luggage cart.
Only AirportHotel within walking distance of SZG terminal.
Gentleman at front desk not as welcoming or friendly as he could have been.
No one at front desk at 4-4:30 am when had to leave hotel to check in for flight from SZG to FRA.
