Great value for the price! It has a swimming pool! Really nice and kind staff, oh and breakfast was awesome, wide selection and everything I have tried was delicious. They also had espresso, not just that americano stuff that hotels usally serves as caffee. Beds are really comfy (not too soft and also not too hard).

Nothing to mention.

Wonderful location, fantastic hotel with a real family feel. Games room, pool, sauna, great rooms, and an honesty bar! Simply fantastic and a great location to explore the local area (e.g. short walk to Mutters cable car). Easily reached by tram from Innsbruck centre. Restaurants, supermarket and bakery all within walking distance. Breakfast was a delight - your own table prepared with wonderful local eggs, bread and coffee (and other breakfast items).

That it had charging stations for my EV.
Good breakfast selection, found one of my favorites. Very nice personal touch that the tables was marked with room number.
That the procedure was so «complicated» that staff had a hard time, so I didn’t get a charge. It’s better to let a charging operator be responsible for the equipment and make the charging process be smooth for the guests.
