The location is perfect, right next to the tram stop, and the Old Town is only a 5-minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, including Aldi Süd and REWE.
The room is very clean and quiet. It has a fridge, a small kitchenette, and a TV nicely mounted on the wall.
The reception staff are extremely helpful and understanding. I made a mistake and booked a room for 2027, which I only discovered the night before my flight. They kindly helped me with a free cancellation and refund. I really appreciated their understanding and support.
I decided to book with them again because they truly deserve it!
I will definitely come back. Highly recommended!
