Hotel Crivi's

I stayed at the hotel for three nights on a business trip, in a single room. The room was very clean, quiet and well insulated, and it was cleaned every day. The bed was comfortable, and the room also had a small terrace. The breakfast was fairly simple, but it had everything I needed and was perfectly adequate. The location is very convenient – the metro station is just a few minutes’ walk away, and the Duomo is only two stops away. There are also grocery shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Agréablement surprise par ce bel hôtel, très bien situé au coeur de Milan avec un parking, le personnel est très attentif, le petit déjeuner excellent, adresse à retenir.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast had a lot of variety and quality.

The room was small. The bed was hard and not very comfortable. Fire alarm went off at 3am. The way the staff handled it was very poor. Not confidence inspiring at all. I didn't feel as though I was being listened to in terms of the rooms being checked and double checked. Other hotel guests, who had children, were understandably concerned too. The room was too hot and the ventilation did not work to cool it down. I turned the temperature down on the thermostat only to find the staff had turned it back up upon my return for the evening. The walls are very thin - I read this is other reviews and thought it can't be bad, but it is. Overall the hotel lacked atmosphere.
