We loved everything! The location, the room and the staff. The staff are responsive and very accommodating to our needs.

The location of the place was great.
The staff was nice and helpful.
The room was little tight for 2 people and luggage: no real place to open the suitcases.
The main problem was the flight of stairs to access the room and no-one to help bring the luggage up. I had asked for a room on the first floor but I thought it would be on the ground floor like in the US. I was not told that first floor was actually 2 floors up.I am 83 years old and bringing up my luggage by myself with no-one to help was not a pleasant experience.
What I suggest is more transparent info about the place.

The manager was extremely helpful once I had managed to contact him. The location is good but difficult to find like everything in Venice!
I arrived late at night and had great difficulty finding the property and getting into my room as the lighting in the stairwell was bad. My room was tiny
