Really nice room with a beautiful view over the pool and sea. Pool was excellent - thoroughly cleaned each morning. Breakfast was also very good. Staff very friendly all the way through our stay.

Slight issue with our shower which didn't drain properly - raised with reception and nothing happened. Meant we could only run the shower for less than a minute. Otherwise all good

Incroyable piscine et restaurant excellent. Vue merveilleuse.

The location on the water was amazing, with the view of Vesuvius, the Bay of Naples and Capri from the hotel are great. It was also very close to Naples and Pompeii

The hotel has great facilities but the hotel itself is rundown and in great need of a renovation. No nearby convenience stores or smaller shops to buy necessities. Food in the restaurant was amazing but room service was poor. It was delivered in a paper bag with plastic Cutlery. No coffee/tea facilities in the room. We had a situation with the indoor heated pool where we were advised in the morning of the time we would be able to swing in it in the evening. We returned from Naples city to ensure that we could be in the pool for the entirety of the time alotted to hotel guests. When we arrived at the pool, we were told we would not be able to use it immediately. We waited 45minutes before being able to swim and were only given 1 lane to swim in while swimming training continued in the other lanes. This was not the fault of the hotel but was very inconvenient.
