Great location and comfortable hotel.

The room was beautiful in a section the hotel that dates back to the 17th century and we had a fantastic view of the garden from our 2nd floor balcony. The location of the hotel is close enough to be able walk to The Mercado Abastos, the Praza do Obradoiro and of course the Cathedral. Many restaurants are also within walking distance. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel on our final morning looking out on the garden area. The entire staff was very professional and welcoming making our stay exceptional in every way.

This hotel is not a 4 star hotel , beds are not comfy , bed linens where old and had some rips, our room wasn’t clean , it looked just old and not taken care of , only 2 staff members where nice , the rest specially the guy at the cafe/bar at night had an attitude , just bad overall,
Breakfast was good , and the girls at breakfast where super attentive and nice
But overall , this hotel front deserve 4 stars
