Personnel très accueillant, lit confortable
Très bruyant lorsque les voyageurs quittent l hôtel de bonne heure, les portes claquent, un peu d isolation est necessaire

Great staff, very friendly and helpful!! Hotel was more than adequate for our overnight before catching our cruise ship.
Being on high floor and close to lift motor we experienced a bit of elevator noise during the night but this was not that bad to spoil our night.

Hotel Ideal was comfortable, clean and ideally located near harbor and public transport. They served a good breakfast each morning. Room had a fridge and aircon. Clean white towels, white paper slippers and sweets in room upon arrival.
I liked everything. No complaints.
We were on 4th floor. I liked that hotel had a working lift.
