Location for us was great. Price paid was about right. Room we had looked newly refurbished so was spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable.
Tired looking building and lift, windows were filthy on the outside.

Stayed in the Annexe which suited me as had dog with me. Able to park directly outside my room. Easy to find. The reception staff were amazing - sorted out a query on an over charge and were able to sort a refund. Went out of their way to show me to the Annexe. My room was perfect.
Area a bit run down. Lots of building rubbish. Woken early by a man shouting in a foreign language. Also banging on doors. Hot water was intermittent.

Its a cheap and cheerful hotel. Lifts are like something from Beirut. Communal areas are old. Rooms are basic but recently decorated and the bed is comfortable.
Couldn't get my phone to cast to the TV without setting up a separate account (Samsung I think). So ended up watching my phone. Seems pretty basic.
