Nefeles Luxury Suites

The best customer service I have ever received from any hotel. From the pickup to the airport we were treated like royalty. The location of the hotel is excellent, breakfast was good, but the personal touch of having a number you can contact at any time. We had an issue with our jacuzzi (not mechanical) on the first night which we did not even report, it was noticed by the team who then upgraded us for free to a better room for the second night. The view out of the room is incredible and is something I will never forget. We didnt see another guest the entire time, so the whole space felt private.

This is not a complaint, it’s just feedback - the shower in the cheaper room was better than the one in the upgraded room.

We loved everything about Nefeles Luxury Suites. The location is in the middle of Fira. We had an indescribable view of the caldera and town. It was so beautiful it was hard to leave to see other sights. The breakfasts were exceptional. You choose what you want from a huge list the day before. The staff were unbelievably nice and helpful. The hotel arranged transfers for us from the ferry at the beginning of our stay and to the airport at the end. It is important to do this because there are very few taxis in Santorini.

the balcony view is fantastic, but that's about it.the pool water is Luke warm ,if staying in march there's no way you can stay at the balcony enjoying the pool as I expected:(,the wind is crazy and I had non sleep nights because of it and noise that made me afraid it will blow our room away.stuff came to clean the room nice, and breakfast was served in room.maybe I wasn't there at the right time.at least we stayed on the balcony last evening as the wind stopped for a day and was calm .

the smell in the unit was like gross from the toilet ventilation ...shower right next to bed which had same smell...groooosss...I noticed that smell in another hotel in Santorini so its probably normal smell on the island...
