Location is top and the hotel is nice. Distance to Grimaud, St-Tropez & Saint-Maxime is nearby.
Friendliness of staff in general. Check-in staff was friendly but during the day and at breakfast less. Normally when a customer enters in the morning for breakfast you should welcome this guest with a smile and ask him if everything is ok. The only question we got was 'room number'. The prices for drinks and dinner are too high for the provided quality. The food is good but for that price you can eat in nicer restaurants in the nearby ports. Drinks (cocktails) are ok but some of them are far too expensive. Breakfast is top and €28,00 per person is correct for the breakfast. This hotel has a top location, and the design is very nice so with some proper staff training/ coaching this can become a much beter experience.
