I liked everything! From the location to the hotel itself. My room was perfect! Very clean, big bed, nice view, spacious room. Everything was nice. I didn’t want to leave 🥹. I’ll definitely do this again

The lift was out of order when we checked in late at night. I was so tired carrying the suitcase up. Next day it was operating. So all good.

The positive points were mainly the location and the ability to use YouTube on the TV. The location is definitely the main advantage of this hotel. However, for the price and the overall positioning of the hotel, I expected a much better experience.

Unfortunately, my stay at The Scott Hotel was rather disappointing. At check-in, despite having a confirmed reservation, having paid for the stay in advance and completing the online check-in, an additional amount was blocked/charged from my card. This was not a pleasant experience, especially as the purpose of the additional charge was not clearly explained to me at the time. The soundproofing was another major issue. Despite the hotel advertising soundproof rooms, I could clearly hear guests in neighbouring rooms and in the corridor, including people talking loudly and partying. There did not seem to be any effective enforcement of quiet hours, which significantly affected our sleep and overall stay. The breakfast area was also disappointing. It is located right near the hotel entrance, where the doors were frequently open, so it was noticeably cold while having breakfast. Finally, at check-out, there was no attempt to ask how our three-night stay had been or whether everything was satisfactory. I simply returned the key and was told goodbye. Given the problems we experienced, this was a missed opportunity for the hotel to address the issues.
