Friendly service on arrival, all staff we spoke to spoke excellent English so no issues. The room (1001) was spacious for 3 people, beds comfortable, the bathroom clean. Excellent location less than 5 minutes from the city centres main shopping areas and 10 minute walk from the waterfront and main station with links to the airport.
The room wasn't cleaned at all in the 5 days we were there despite saying on signs it would be cleaned after 4. We had a large amount of rubbish piling up and wet towels, perhaps switching to a 2/3 day clean would be more beneficial.

Conveniently located mid range hotel in Oslo. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was basic but comfortable. The hotel was quiet even though it was near a lo of night liufe.
One of the bedside reading lights was faulty. The bathroom was in need of some maintenance.

Location was great.
Rooms too small and far too hot. I asked staff to lower the temperature in our room to no avail.

Excellent location- nice and central
When I arrived at the hotel, I was told the room was ready but if I wanted to get the key earlier than 4pm, I would have to pay extra. Fair enough but then when I asked if I could put my small but heavy backpack in the storage room, I was told it was completely full so no! It turns out they charge you for that too.
You definitely get what you pay for- rooms are very basic and the beds unfortunately are not comfy.
