The location was excellent walking distance to Hagley Park and the CBD . The room was a good size, clean and comfortable . The staff were very friendly and helpful .Vehicle parking and access to the Motel was good .
Being a light sleeper, the road noise was not good but unavoidable .

Location was good, central to everything and room was comfortable enough.
Walls are paper thin, not sound proof at all. The room below us were partying until the early hours then up super early, felt like they were in the room with you so that ruined it. Loud noise from the street as well. Shower was pretty sub par as well, couldn't adjust it to your height so you get waterboarded if you're short, and break your back if you're tall.
