Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich, die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Von der Veranda den Ötscher zu sehen, ist herrlich. Das Abendessen in Buffettform war mehr als ausreichend und das Essen wirklich hervorragend! (Auch für Vegetarier) Das Frühstücksbuffet hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen...Preis - Leistung passt wirklich
....die Sauna war dann doch etwas winzig, aber auch ok...Die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber top sauber und das zählt ja! Aussicht mit Veranda war grandios, Betten super!

Rendkívül figyelmes személyzet, igényesek a tisztaságra! Az ételek nagyon nagyon finomak voltak! Jó extra a szauna illetve a medence.

That they have renovated the office and no more room keys and they have introduced a card system. Definitely many improvements on last year. Great to see owners investing in improvements. If the meal and coffee could be sorted out they will have everything under control.
The evening meal was very average could be better but it was absolutely ok. The cold soup was a negative, especially after a long day skiing. The same happened last year! Disappointing! When the evening meal starts at 18.00 and someone arrives at 18.30 they should not get a cold soup from the buffet! The coffee machine takes forever...crazy!...sooo slow. The coffee is fine but be prepared to wait to get an acceptable amount to drink.
