The internet was so good and fast. There was a cleaning services for the room daily, the staff was so understanding and friendly. There was a small issue with the toilet but the room service solve it immediately. The breakfast has a good variety and keeps refilling during the breakfast time. It is also close to the tram station. Overall it was a clean and comfortable experience that I would definitely repeat.
The room was a little bit small.

Amazing and very friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay as a family with two kids. The breakfast was great with a lot of fresh made food. For the price we payed per nights it was very valuable. I can highly recommend this if you are looking for a great location with clean rooms and friendly staff. We had everything we needed in our room such as kettle, fridge, water, tea, slippers, clean towels...

The hotel has very good location. It was clean and quit.
It was so difficult to entrance the hotel. There is a check point by police. The entrance at the central area is not allowed for cars. We needed a local person in order to get to the hotel. Nobody from the hotel has even informed us for the issues.
The breakfast was poor and not fresh.
The parking costed 10 EUR per 24 hours.
