The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and welcomed us to the hotel. Explained everything with ease. The hotel room was small but we didn't need a big room. The bed was comfy and the shower was great. It was nice to have a balcony too. Just a shame we didn't get a view of the Matterhorn! We only stayed one night so didn't try any of the food at the sister hotel. Overall it was a nice place to stay overnight.
Some of the other guests were noisy but this is no reflection on the hotel. The staff in the morning made a little bit of noise when cleaning. There was a notice in the bathroom not to use our own hairdryer and to use theirs but one wasn't provided. It might be something to request from reception.

Great location in the village. We had a balcony that was lovely to sit out on. Check in is in the hotel next door and was very easy. The reception staff were very helpful and gave us maps and recommendations of where to eat. It’s exceptionally good value for a stay in Zermatt.
