Exceptionally clean, beautiful interior and we were amply provided with provisions which was a welcome surprise. We particularly appreciated the pre-arranged parking.

Lovely little oasis perfectly placed for everything Cheltenham has to offer. The accommodation was well presented, the bed really comfy and as the bedroom was situated to the rear of the property very quiet.

The bed was extremely large and very comfortable. The bedroom was at the back away from the main road. It was a well appointed 2nd floor flat (the Silver Suite) that I would recommend if staying in Cheltenham again.

I think given the heat, a fan in the bedroom and lounge would have been good. The sash windows should be worked on to allow the top sash to open to let the hot air out - sash windows are designed to open at the bottom and the top to work properly in hot weather, but the top sashes could not be shifted. The stairs from the first floor to the second are quite steep, and would be a problem for people with mobility issues, so probably should be pointed out prior to booking. And just so people travelling by public transport know, Cheltenham Spa train station is a long way out of town - more than half an hours walk, or a bus and then a walk from the town centre.

For a minute arriving a meeting at the housecaping staff, it's been great. Um, everything you needed for breakfast and just a great way to start the day there
