The location of the hotel was excellent. I could walk wherever I wanted to go. It was also great to be able to park at the hotel. The breakfast had really good food, and the staff made sure there was always enough of everything. The room was small but adequate for my needs, and the price was certainly reasonable. The staff who worked at the reception desk were extremely nice and helpful.
The room was not as clean as I usually experience in Germany. There was lots of dust under the bed. I wanted for my room and bathroom to be cleaned while I was there, but that was not done. Still, I was only there two nights, so it was okay.

The property was great, the owner was great and helped me get out the car park every morning as i was in a right hand drive
Parking- it was difficult to park and other guests could not park properly

The breakfast is really amazing! They give the best breakfast I have encountered with both a good variety of options and high quality ingredients. The staff are all friendly. It's a short walk towards the central area of Bayreuth and also within walking distance to the train station. There is a restaurant on-site, which offers delicious authentic German dinner.
The room is good although the heating is a bit too strong (without direct control).
