The room was beautiful. It was close to the train station but still very walkable for other points of interest
The air condition unit in our room
1 vibrated a lot and it was very noisy. Also there is no signage on the outside to let you know you have arrived

Communication with the hosts was excellent – they were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. As we arrived in Bologna before the official check-in time, they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage there earlier, which made our day much easier.
The accommodation itself has a lovely, unique atmosphere – romantic, cosy and slightly bohemian, with a very authentic Italian charm. It has character and personality, which made the stay feel much more special than a typical hotel. We really enjoyed our time there.

The location was right for our needs. The overall ambiance was unusual in a good way - not standard decor and fittings that were a nice touch.
No interaction with any staff - I made several attempts via email, but didn’t receive any responses to my queries. There is no breakfast - a few pre-packaged crackers and access to coffee making facilities is not a breakfast. Our room and the small communal area needs some repair work, and there are insufficient electrical sockets.
