Location was a short walk to the center of town. Our room was spacious… and on a floor that did not require our dragging our suitcases up flights of stairs (thank you to the kind receptionist who took it upon herself to change the room assignment to help a couple of “elderly “ guests)
Breakfast was good
Parking was a little difficult.

An extraordinary house —largely in its original condition, yet furnished in a modern and comfortable style. The house of k. u. k. Marine Technisches Comité where engineers from all the nations of Austria once designed the best ships of their time. 100% *genius loci* of old Pula,
I have a slight concern about the future—during the next renovation, please do not replace the beautiful original window shutters and the Istrian marble flooring.

It has a good location
The stuff is friendly. We ask to put our luggage in a luggage room for a couple of hours already after checking out and they helped at once
It is Ok for 3 star hotel but the price is way too high.
Paying 90 Euro for that was way too much.
The breakfast is ok. But for the people with some food requirements like no gluten and no dairy the choice is poor.
But it is good for a 3 star hotel! They had scrumbled eggs and a bit fruit.
The room was small and I did not like that they did not have proper blankets.
The bathroom is old but clean.
