La localisation trop loin des lieux emblématiques de la Crète. Il y a peu de cocktails inclus dans le all inclusive malgré le prix, de même pour faire du billard il faut payer.. L’amabilité de certains employés laisse à désirer…

The food was ok, could be a bit better

We have such wonderful memories of our stay at Arminda! We arrived a couple of hours before the official check-in time, and the reception team was so kind and welcoming that they arranged our rooms immediately. I had asked for rooms close to each other, as we were travelling with friends, and they even upgraded our friends’ room free of charge to make it possible. Such a lovely gesture that made our stay even more special. The sea: Yes, the hotel doesn’t have its own private beach, but there is a beautiful little bay and a lovely beach next to the neighbouring hotel. We didn’t need to pay extra for sunbeds, as we enjoyed spending time by the hotel pool and simply walked to the sea 3–4 times a day. It is literally just a 3-minute walk! The food: Absolutely fantastic! A great variety of dishes, excellent quality, and delicious authentic Greek cuisine. Everything was always fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavour. We really enjoyed every meal! The hotel and grounds: The territory is not huge, but definitely not small either. Everything is beautifully maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed. You can really feel that this place is cared for with love and attention to detail. The staff: Wonderful people! Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and the reception team was always smiling, kind, and ready to help. Overall, Arminda gave us exactly what we were looking for — a relaxing holiday, beautiful sea, delicious food, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be back! ❤️
