The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful, even before the stay. The breakfast was ok, although it was a very generous spread.
It’s a good location. The reception area is large, but the look and cleanliness of the floors (carpeting) outside the rooms could have been better maintained.
The room cleaning was subpar, as was the quality of the towels.
The room size was ok but it was dark, which was not helped by the dull furnishings. The room could be upgraded with better flooring and some sound proofing - or some double glazed windows as it was extremely noisy (this is a busy area).
Wish it were more of a full service hotel despite its small size than just a place to sleep - breakfast, for example, was served in an adjacent hotel. This hotel has a fairly large bar and dining area which was deserted and could be put to use.

Location is superb, and it was really nice to get to our favorite places walking. Hotel is nice. Breakfast is in another hotel, but it was tasty and good, we loved the view from the terrace.
We were put in another room, we asked for single beds but we did not get that, the AC is not really good and when we entered the room it was too hot. The room is much smaller then we expected. For this price I believe you can get a bit more comfortable room at the same location.
