The room is really cute and has everything you need. The host is extremely kind.
You are in the old part of Rome (good thing) so it is a little loud. If you are not use to city noise, might bring earplugs (sounds front outside, not from within the residence).

10/10 location, in the heart of historic area. Very clean room and welcoming host. Substantial Italian style breakfast served in room with coffee of choice. It was an easy 20 min, downhill walk from central station. Great eating options close by.
Can be a little noisy in the street below at night.

Beautiful room - smells so clean and fresh all the time, excellent location and the staff were so wonderful. The included breakfast is very generous servings. I couldnt recommend this place more.

Excellent location, spotlessly clean, lovely host.
We stayed in the blue room in the pictures with the bed up against the wall. Room too small for us. We’re both just under 6’ and the bed was too small. Not quite a double?? Ended up sleeping ‘top to toe’! Bathroom also very tight although shower cubicle fine. Booked in for 2 nights but checked out after one. Host very apologetic and explained bed size on booking.com. I have now looked and cannot find anywhere. Property does have double glazing to the front but I’d also dispute that it has internal soundproofing.
