Location , friendly staff in reception and the restaurant
Very nice facility for small kids and.
We loved the location but will not be back as per negative points and high prices for the standard.
This is an ideal break with small kids if you are travelling by car and can bring some essentials with you
Bring your own SUP to enjoy the lake fully
1. Our cabin was not prepared properly and was not cleaned properly on our arrival - the floor was very dusty
2. Despite 4 star rating there was no towels provided for free and not cleaning by hotel for the all week of stay
3. No even bin in a loo or in the kitchen area and no additional toilet paper was provided during our stay ( we had to buy in a shop)
4. They put us in older cabin not as on photo - it’s was very dated and very , very small also seems not very stable and made funny noises when walked around
5. High prices for drinks and food in the restaurant ( and shop)
6 road was noisy behind cabin
