Fantastic hotel in brilliant location. Friendly staff. Great food. We had a private Onsen in room.
Nothing about the hotel which was brilliant. The only niggle is we hired bikes from hotel. Some say a scenic 43km cycle round Lake Toya, which it is, but be warned a lot is on the road.

Staff arranging the carpark is tedious
Should let customer park their own and keep the car key without the trouble queuing at the lobby for collection. Wasting time.

the view and the hot spring is sooooo good!

the rush of dinner time we only have 1 hour to have the buffet
just shut down the light is kinda rude...

Love the big windows to enjoy the fireworks outside.
The room was dirty when we checked in. The mirror on the desk had some slimy liquid when we opened it up. There were hair found in several places in the room.
