Delicious cooked breakfast with my choices each day, breakfast room view of tree lined quiet street. Bed was comfortable, nice linen, very kind hostess, room had everything I needed. Shower was efficient.

Although we arrived early it was no problem to book in. Booked breakfast which was excellent value for money.
Karen was very informative and gave advice on how to get to places, restaurants plus local attractions.
Parking was a little hit and miss. Although if you really got stuck you could park at the rear of the property.
