The property is very clean and nice. The staff was very helpful. A special shout out to Hale and Ezgi who made sure the our stay was comfortable and helped us navigate around the area. There are a few restaurants around the hotel in case you are looking to grab a meal.
The room was a little warmer than we would have liked. The air conditioning didn’t seem to be set correctly.

The cleanliness, The staff were very honest and helpful. My daughter lost her watch when we left the hotel, and when we returned later to collect our luggage, they informed us that the watch had been found and was safely kept in the lost and found.
Some staff members need additional training to improve their level of service. They should understand that they are working in a customer service role and that professionalism and attentiveness are important.

Near the airport
Pool was closed and under construction which was complete disappointment as we booked it especially for the pool. However hotel manager was very kind to offer us complementary dinner.
