location, breakfast was self serve they have a kitchenette with milk yougurt water cold meats etc available, comfortable but tired furnishings, Staff absolutley lovely and do a great job of cleaning and looking after you. Short walk to Pantheon and Victor Emmanuel monument around 5 mins. 20-30 to Colosseum, Vatican Spanish Steps
room decor is a little tired, half the lights had missing or broken globes, to be honest i expected more for the large amount of funds we paid

Laura was absolutely amazing!!!! The room was clean and central to everything. She had cool water, apples, bananas. Roton was also sooooooo helpful!!

Location was great.
Kitchen area & continental style breakfast was fine
The mattresses were far too soft. They were exchanged but the new ones we're no better. We had hardly any sleep because of this during our stay
