Lovely location central to everything. Only saw one staff member she was very friendly.

I thought breakfast was included in the price but it was extra. Room was adequate could do with a lick of paint. Only 3 coat hangers on a very small rail. Was told there was bottled water in a fridge down corridor for us to help ourselves but it seemed to be filled with other guests food.

The location was great.

It felt a bit cramped but it was a kind of boutique hotel.

5 / 10·oct. 2026

The location for the property is great, right in the heart of Bourton on the water. The bed was comfortable

The cleanliness of the property wasn’t great, dusty, old hairs, looked like it hadn’t had a proper clean in a while. The towels smelt very musty. Milk that was in the fridge that could be used by anyone as there was no fridge in the room, was curdled and had gone off.
