The location is great and the manager and onsite staff were very kind and helpful. The location was great for exploring the city.

The location near the northern gate, as well as a pool to come home to, were excellent. Lucy, in charge of the property, was super responsive and helpful (arranged shopping & tours etc.). Prop, who took care of the house and laundry several times a day was wonderful also (tips for sightseeing, etc.). Many thanks for an excellent stay!

The residence is right in the heart of Chiang Mai, with several rooms, excellent quality bedding, and IMPECCABLE service. I personally recommend the BBQ and the breakfast.
You won’t find better service in Chiang Mai, they take care of everything, and on top of that, laundry service is included!
