Fantastic location to the winter gardens. The room was spotless with lovely little touches including fridge with water, little welcome pack, and decorated beautifully. Owners very friendly and accommodating. Definitely will return
Was a bit cold in the room at night as the radiators weren’t on

The property is excellent and run by two lovely people who go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. You will not get better facilities or breakfast in the whole of Blackpool
