Fantastic location, staff were amazing and the breakfast very good. Onsen was wonderful after a day on the slopes.

Excellent breakfast, excellent location, restaurant downstairs serves good food. Very good service. Has washing machine and dryer too!
Small mirror in room but usable when sit on the chair.

Good location for bus stops and bottom of mountain, lovely staff, nice tradional breakfast options, large rooms
Older room so was a little run down, not many food options nearby, we were unlucky that the kids parks were not open

The staff were extremely friendly.
Breakfast and Dinners were amazing.
The traditional Japanese accomodation and food were perfect for me.
Great facilities to store and dry your ski equipment on site.
They even have clown fish in an aquarium in the lobby!
