Everything was perfect! Very nice and helpful stuff, always smiling and ready to help! Common place is also very nice and big so you have a lot space to hang around. Fridge for guests is also big, with plenty of space, and all hostel is very clean and modern. Location is perfect and walking distance from Bo-Kaap. Also, very important in Cape Town is safety, and this part of town is full with bars and restaurants (in walking distance), so it is always people on the street, but also not too crowded so you have good inspection around you. Also, our two bed room has view of Table Mountain and this side is far more quiet than other side that overlooks Kloof street! If this is important to you try to make sure you get side with Table Mountain view! If I come back I would stay at this place again!

I had an amazing time staying in an en-suite private room at this Hostel. Every staff member I met was lovely and helpful, and the facilities were operational, clean, and easy to use. Helpful Airport Transfer service is available here if you are arriving at CPT late in the evening. Excellent location in central Cape Town and the TV/Netflix was a huge bonus! I watched many an episode of "Resident Alien" during my evenings. Thank you for a great stay!

I have nothing negative to say, my experience staying here was perfect.

On the positive side, the 4-bed female dorm was good, and the bathroom was clean. The view from the shower was also a nice highlight.

Overall, this hostel felt overpriced for what it offers. There were cockroaches in the kitchen, and people were smoking at the dining tables, which made the common areas quite uncomfortable. The staff were not very proactive – you had to ask for everything, and even then the information was often incomplete. The metal beds were very noisy, which made it difficult to sleep. In the evenings, it could get quite loud, and there was a noticeable smell of marijuana coming from the bar in front of the hostel.
