Brillasol Airport Hotel

La piscine, billard échecs, extrême gentillesse du personnel, nourriture transport hôtel gratuit et à l'heure, céréales à 3am avant notre départ, endroit sécurisé.

Il y avait une petite odeur de cigarette dans la chambre ( non fumeur) et les joints de salle de bains ont du moisi mais rien d'alarmant, j'y retournerais quand même...

Facile d’accès. Un beau jardin et piscine. Parking privé. Le personnel est très agréable et toujours disponible. Le Restaurant est très bon et copieux. Merci à toute l’équipe.

A small oasis in the middle of the city, if it wasn't for the airplanes flying by (due to the airport being so close) you feel like in a hidden resort begging for you to relax and take it easy. The place has everything you need in one small package and price which means some luxuries are cut down a little but all the facilities are very clear and tidy. The pool has a relaxing waterfall and chairs to chill by it. There is nice common room with a pool table and board ganes plus a big screen TV to watch sports. It's located about 8 minutes from "Parque Viva" an events Venue which makes this hotel a great option to make the event even more enjoyable. A nice and secure parking lot is available at no extra fee.

Maybe the improvement area is the restaurant's and check in / out schedule which can be a little bit restrictive (at least for a laid-back (lazy) person like me. Also the staff did not push for any upsell to us, maybe a late check-out or lunch for an extra fee would have worked for us. Always double check with the hotel as our Booking.com reservation specified "early check-in" but since day one I checked with them and was told that was not possible... Finally we did check in 30 minutes earlier, though.

The room was clean and the staff was noce. The grounds were pretty. Food was okay, but not great and overpriced. I liked that they had a pool table and also liked the comforter.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. Additionally there were not blackout curtains and the room was bright all night. There was no noise barrier and even with ear plugs I could hear the planes, the busy road, and people in the room nect door. They gave hand wash in the shower and did not provide proper toilet paper, instead opted tononly provide paper towels which was horrible. Additionally, the room wasn't properly sealed which allowed mosquitoes in which was unpleasant. Additionally the pool was dirty.
