Location, cleanliness, friendly owner
All good

Breakfast is great! There are pastries, fruit, coffee, yoghurt, ham, cheese and cakes. The only thing I would add is fresh bread.
The place is quiet and in the middle of nowhere, where you can really relax. The bed is big and super comfortable. There is complimentary coffee and some water in the bedroom, air conditioning, and a nice bathroom.
You can easily hear what's happening in the adjacent bathroom. Unfortunately, for two nights, there was a couple staying next door, and the girl took a one-hour shower from midnight to 1 am (insane!). For someone like me, who is a light sleeper, it wasn't great. However, it didn't ruin my stay and it is not the owners fault, of course.
I understand that in some places, roads not being in the best condition might be considered normal, but I would strongly recommend finding a better solution for the last kilometre of the road, as some sections are just too damaged.

The breakfast service, nice staff, very calm place and cute to chill
Waiting for the host to arrive and give the keys, the location is very far away from everything and the roads are a bit bad
