Loved the location. It’s located right next to downtown and you have great restaurants and places to walk down to and see
Would love if they could provide a toiletry kit in the rooms. Other than that it was pretty solid no complaints

Staff is very friendly, however we had to remind them twice to resolve a problem we had with our room. Pool is nice. The location is good, but it’s considered not very safe area at nighttime.
Very poor breakfast - just bread and jam during our whole stay. There’s no wifi connection in some of the rooms, especially the rooms on the 2nd floor. We had to ask twice to do something about this problem and eventually we’re moved to a room on the 1st floor.
Communication between staff members could be improved - we were misinformed about both breakfast and lunch.
Lots of mosquitoes in the common areas - maybe putting mosquito repellent plug will be helpful.
