Lokacija (blizu prodavnica, šetalište, sve što ti treba), komfor, opremljenost smeštaja. Domaćini susretljivi.

The location was good. We were able to park on site with the parking pass provided by the host. We were able to leave our car at the property and walk to the City center and local grocery store avoiding the need to find parking at those sites. The two bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. It has a clothes washer which we did not use. Wifi was easy to connect to and use.

The host used a booking agency which provided instructions on the lock box location in Croatian rather than English as we had been communicating with them through Booking.Com. Consequently we didn’t understand that the lock box was located at the rear door of the property rather than the front door. We found the lock box with the help of a local stranger who read the Croatian instructions and helped us find the box. The host spoke English through subsequent communications. Although the kitchen was not small, the supply of kitchen utensils was minimal making meal preparation challenging. Hopefully the host will improve upon both of these observations for future guests.

Odlična lokacija - 5 minuta do luke, 15 do Starog grada i 20-25 do Zlatnog rta, tj. plaža. Ispred zgrade je dovoljan parking, lak ulazak u stan sa parkinga kroz terasu jer je on u prizemlju. Obezbeđena je karta za parking koja važi i na velikom parkingu na Zlatnom rtu. U blizini je samoposluga Konzum. Higijena je na zavidnom nivou. Dušeci su odlični, kupatilo prostrano, lepa kuhinja sa trpezarijskim stolom, prostran dnevni boravak sa velikim televizorom (vrlo poželjno tokom Svetskog prvenstva u fudbalu). Komunikacija sa domaćicom je bila odlična.

Zagrađivanjem dela terase dobijena je prostorija koja za goste nema funkciju, a odvojila je spavaću sobu od fasade, tj. mali prozor i staklena vrata spavaće sobe su prema toj prostoriji, tako da je malo prirodne svetlosti. Druga mala spavaća soba je dobijena pregrađivanjem originalne spavaće sobe, tako da ima samo mali otvor na vrhu zida prema drugoj spavaćoj sobi (nije pametno da je otvoren zbog hrkanja i drugih zvučnih efekata) i klizna vrata na suprotnom zidu prema hodniku, pa ima još manje dnevnog svetla.
