Santana Beach Resort

Loved this place. All the staff are excellent, polite and friendly. Particular thanks to Biju at the pool bar , all lifeguard and other staff around. Drinks are very reasonable. Food is delicious. We also loved that garden walkways between the chalters, which are extremely well kept with neat plantings and endless water features. There is also a good band that plays once or twice a week in the restaurant. One or two things are slightly tatty but always clean this only added to the old world hollywood charm. The beachfront area was only just opening up the week we were there but the food looked excellent. The security guards and everyone was so friendly and nice. Thank you for a memorable stay

The loacation of the property beats everything. It has a direct access to the beach and the beach is nearby. The hotel is clean and rooms are spacious and clean. The resort is beautiful and aesthetic. The staff helped whenever needed. they have their own Taxi hiring system, which I found very fair and also getting taxi was easy. the cgarges were resonable.

The breakfast spread was not elaborate and i found the way the food was handled was little unhygenic. Hygine may be improved. The staffs were polite but not trained. That is the difference with any high end hotel.

The resort is on the beach and has open parking available. Cleanliness is ok.

No provision of basic things like tooth brush and paste, slippers. Breakfast was pretty ordinary, with very less variety with common South Indian items like Idli, Dosa unavailable except Saturday.
