Lovely old building with wooden floors, comfortable bed, warm room in chilly temperatures, and a huge breakfast. Attention from the staff was top-notch.
Nothing to dislike.

Wonderful central location and the hostesses were so helpful and friendly. The room was lovely with such thoughtful details like bathrobes. We enjoyed it so much that we changed our return accomodation so we could stay there again.

Great location, situated in the heart of the Arts Precinct. Three minutes walk to the Christchurch Art Gallery. Two minutes to Botanical Gardens. Everything else within 10 minutes walk. Lovely, heritage character property. Very comfortable rooms. Staff were very helpful .
