HOTEL RELIEF Namba Daikokuchou

Clean, Good location, really nice bread breakfast buffet ( would add perhaps a few bits to eat with the bread, like ham and cheese).

Noisy in the mornings and not so friendly reception staff.

Near everything and amenities coffee, ice cream and good breakfast

Bathroom to small

Great location that was near not one but four Family Marts. I feel like Family Mart has a stranglehold on the neighborhood here because they had them right next to each other basically. Staff are incredibly nice and they clean your room and replace towels every day. The breakfast options are actually pretty great. There was cereal, different types of bread, hot and iced coffee, soft drinks, and ice cream. I feel like they should market the variety more because we didn’t know how good it was till day or check out. Bed was comfortable and very spacious compared to most stays in Japan we’ve had. Very pleasant place with great staff.

Only slight I had was they should get rid of some of the sheets and comforters. Twice we had stained sheets, cleaned but forever stained. There’s a point where maybe some of them need to be retired and replaced.

The free breakfast was delicious and the staff were lovely. The laundry was super easy to use. The toilet seat was lovely and warm!

The room wasn’t sound proof so when staying on the weekend it was extremely difficult to get to sleep because of the constant sound of loud cars and sirens! I was awake until 2/3am! Was horrible! The shower, although clean, was impossible to manage! The shower head was all over the place to the point where the walls got more of a wash than me!
