We had the best week in the Windmill. What an amazing location. It is right in the middle of everything but also somehow seems so secluded and private. A 2 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and lots of lovely eateries nearby. Also a 10 minute walk into Fira. You get the good of the sun at all times of the day due to the wrap around balcony. The villa itself is so clean and comfortable. We didn’t realise there was a washing machine which was useful. A lovely coffee machine was also there. The plunge pool was great to cool off and the sunbeds very comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast coffees at the table every morning. And there was a fantastic, unbearable view of the sunset. Maria did a lovely job checking us in and was there to message should we need it. We also got access to a hotel once we checked out as our flight was not until later at night. We decided after 1 night of being there that we would be back!

The water from shower was not very warm

Stunning views, fantastic location. Had perfect view of the sunrise in the morning and the sun setting in the evening. Location avoids the heavy crowds of Fira and Oia but in no way compromises on the views (which I believe are better here) or selection of restaurants which were great. Maria gave us a great introduction on arrival and was on hand should we need assistance during the stay.

Eşsiz Santorini manzarası ve kendine has tarzı ile değişik bir konsept yapıda konakladık. Her şey oldukça güzeldi. Ev sahibi Mrs Maria oldukça ilgiliydi. Bir çok konuda ve ada hakkında bize faydalı bilgiler verdi.

Üst kat odadaki banyo çok küçük ve hareket imkanı oldukça kısıtlı idi. Ayrıca mutfak malzemeleri daha fazla olabilirdi.

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft, super Blick auf Caldera. Meer und Vulkaninsel, tolle Lage, fußläufig zu Fira, aber (zu unserem Glück) weg vom großen Trubel. Der eigene kleine Pool mit Blick aufs Meer und Imerovigli - ein Traum.

Das obere Bad ist wirklich sehr klein/eng, sowohl die Position der Toilette (etwa 40 cm Platz zur Tür), als auch die Dusche (fester Brausekopf auf etwas 1,80m) ist nichts für größere oder stabilere Leute. Die Treppenstufen in der Mühle (UG, EG. 1.Stock) sind etwa 30 cm hoch (je Stufe). Das war manchmal schwierig. Wenig Schrank und Schubkästen, für einen Kurzaufenthalt aber okay.
