Fantastic views to have mooring coffee/lunch too. Great pool (could do with a hand rail to help enter/exit for us less agile) great locating for short walk to Mandalay beach bar restaurant plus others near by. Very comfy bed in master bedroom. Good shower. Nice big table and chairs on patio with wind out shade. Great to have downstairs loo. Aircon was good when needed.
As others have said the Kitchen very very dated, works fine but could really do with a new one, wooden doors and drawers very worn as was worktop. Hot water seriously too hot, burn risks. Biggest thing that really let's the place down. Other niggles: Patio doors temperamental to lock. No dishwasher tablets (was only going to use it last day but wasn't going to buy a whole bag). Sun beds could do with some long cushions as not very comfy. Usually get new washing up sponge/scrubber each rental in villas but this was a well used one. Only 1 tea towel for 2 weeks, there was a washing machine but who wants to do laundry on hols! Bath towels not the biggest if your more than size 12 lol 😆 could do with mat when you exit shower had to use a hand towel & no beach towels so take your own. All little things the owners could easily rectify to make it great. We would there stay again.

The location and outside space are incredible. We stayed here 6 years ago so knew what to expect .
Great shower
New washing machine
The villa is very dated and in need of upgrades .
Upstairs bathroom smells of drains
Mosquito screens not intact
Needs decorating and general tlc
Bed sheets are very old
Beds not great
We knew most of these things but the location outweighs any issues for us

The villa's location was fine, with a couple of bars & restaurants within walking distance.
The villa was lovely and clean with amazing ocean views.
Travelling to the airport and local towns was easy.
The kitchen was a bit tired & dated, being of older stripped pine units.
The downstairs toilet wasn't flushing, plus the light switch was broken so the light didn't come on.
