It was indeed very well positioned. Smooth check-in process.
The fact that images were deceiving. I was expecting a bigger space. Also, there could have been a better cleaning of the apartment before we arrived. We found for example used shower-gel small packages in the shower.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The double room bed was extremely comfortable and what we needed after big travel days in the Cinque Terre, and the room had all the facilities you need with a big shower and bathroom. The location was amazing, nice and easy to get to from the station and close to good bars and restaurants. Though it’s on the main road, it wasn’t too loud and we had very peaceful sleeps. The host Eduoardo was so welcoming and extremely helpful, answering questions through WhatsApp and providing tips for the area. We saw from some reviews that people didn’t like the stairs, but we found them really manageable compared to other places in Europe! Would love to stay here again one day.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of La Spezia, making it an ideal base for visiting the Cinque Terre and the surrounding area. Communication with the host was fantastic, and both finding the flat and accessing it were very straightforward. That part of the experience was seamless.
Breakfast is provided via vouchers for a nearby café, which was a nice option. That said, it would have helped to have a clearer explanation up front, particularly that you need to present the voucher before ordering. Once we figured that out, the selection of coffee and pastries was enjoyable, and you can simply pay the difference if you'd like to order anything beyond what’s included.
The flat we stayed in had the bed positioned quite close to the entrance door, and as a result, we were frequently disturbed by noise from the stairwell, including guests coming and going, talking, or dragging luggage. While this may not be something the host can easily change, it’s helpful for future guests to be aware that noise at awkward hours is possible.
We also experienced a couple of housekeeping hiccups, where our towels were taken but not replaced. Luckily, we had beach towels with us, but this could have been inconvenient otherwise.
