We stayed at Katharos Villas for two nights and will recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the close proximity to Oia while enjoying some more peace and quiet. The villas are located 15mins walk (uphill, but perfectly doable) from the city centre and are screened by rocky garden and tall hedge blocking the noise and providing peaceful environment. The comfort of having more space around us and the passers-by' overlooking reduced to minimum definitely made up for said short walk to the busiest tourist areas. The villas itself feature two levels including 2 bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen making our stay (4 guests) very comfortable. The location is great for anyone wanting to experience Santorini sunsets without fighting their way for the spot to watch it in the city centre. The absolute highlight of our stay was the customer service. Francesco has been an incredible help, very responsive around the clock and kindly supported us in our travel arrangements. The Katharos Villas also offer help in arranging excursions around the island, a sevice we haven't used but, based on the quality of service in other areas, is worth checking out. We will definitely be coming back.

The breakfast was awful and very limited .. felt like feeding school lunch with very restricted amount of food . They really need to change their breakfast if not don’t give any breakfast at all
