Crowne Plaza Bandung by IHG

This hotel is a fantastic place from which to experience Bandung. The location is perfect, right next to Braga Street. Everything is clean, the beds are incredibly comfortable, the staff is very helpful, and the breakfast is fantastic. We will definitely return to this hotel when we find ourselves in Bandung again!

There is nothing negative to mention.

My wife, our one-month-old baby, and I stayed here for four days. Since we were traveling with a newborn, we occasionally needed assistance with laundry and towel replacements. The staff were very flexible and accommodating, which we really appreciated. During our four-day stay, we declined housekeeping twice and requested only fresh amenities and towels. However, the staff kindly followed up with a message in the afternoon to check whether we needed any additional housekeeping services. Personally, I felt this reflected how well-managed and attentive the hotel was, although I can imagine that some guests might find the repeated follow-ups a little unnecessary.

Although we stayed on the 15th floor, we could still hear traffic noise from cars and motorcycles, even late at night. I also had some concerns about the freshness of the salad served at breakfast. I wanted to take a walk around the pool area, but the space was relatively small, and there was a designated smoking area nearby. As a result, the smell of cigarette smoke was quite noticeable, which made the area less enjoyable.

Asked for a quiet room but I for a room close to the busy street. I am not used to that sound so it was a bit harder to sleep. The staff invited me to change to another room, deo the service was great!

Everything in and around the facilities was perfect. The staff is superb and always in excellent disposition to assist on any rewuest
