The hotel is very familiar and sweet
The hot water system in shower is not well if other room guest use too long that will affect others need to wait around 20 minutes to have hot water taking shower

Tickets for breakfast at Locanda cafe across the street worked out well. We used our 3rd day tickets on the 2nd day at night because we were leaving before it opened on the 3rd day. Ten minute walk to Milano Centrale train station. No problem walking there at 6:30am. Had great meals 2 nights directly across the street at Albufera and Ristorante di Pesce.

Clean room, nice bathroom, comfortable bed. Just a few minutes walk from Milan Central Station in a safe area. The light breakfast included in the nearby cafe was a nice treat!

Somewhat close to Central station. Bathroom ok.
Small, old, windows go toward a parking lot.
Very bad value for money, we paid 200E for a night.
