Amazing facilities, super friendly and helpful staff.
The queen bed was rather worn and one of the legs was broken.

Easy to locate and not far from the city center
No restuarant, doesnt serve brekky.

Great for the 5 families we had staying together to allow us private family time with the ability to use the communal area to meet up for meals.
The car park for Kozy Kiwi cabin 5 was extremely hard to navigate into with a large vehicle (12 seater). And while we were there a camper van also had trouble negotiating the tight turn into this area (which is set up for campers). May need to look into widening the corner especially.

Was clean and quiet, Kitchenette was well equipped
Room was crowded and uncomfortable, playground well worn with major trip hazards from uneven flooring. Overpriced for what you get.
